Misai8 Terms & Conditions – Complete Terms of Use Guide Malaysia Platform

By registering an account or accessing any part of the misai8 platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a member and misai8 as the platform operator.

To be eligible to use the misai8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

Misai8 carries out a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. You may be asked to submit a copy of your MyKad or valid passport at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your misai8 account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether with or without your knowledge — remains your responsibility unless you report unauthorised access to misai8 within a reasonable time.

All deposits into your misai8 account must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). misai8 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

• A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the misai8 system with no technical errors occurring during acceptance
• Bets accepted before a match begins are settled at the odds in effect at the time of acceptance, not the odds during the match
• For in-play betting, the applicable odds are those displayed at the time you confirm the bet, not at the time of the initial click
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes returned
• If a match starts but is not completed within 24 hours, misai8 reserves the right to void all open bets
• Misai8 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at our sole discretion without the need to provide a reason

The minimum bet for football, cricket, and badminton matches is RM5. Maximum bet limits vary by match, league, and market — these limits are clearly displayed on the bet slip before you confirm each wager on misai8.

The Cash Out feature lets you close an open bet at the current value offered by misai8. misai8 does not guarantee Cash Out availability for all bets or at all times — it depends on market conditions and system availability at the time.

The misai8 casino platform offers live Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, and a wide range of other table games with high-quality live dealers. All casino games at misai8 use audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair, tamper-proof outcomes.

Prior to closure, any bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited, and any valid cash balance will be returned via the original payment method within 5 business days.
